My Experience: My experience using this new Circular Hydration Serum been amazing. It has a smooth cloudy, runny consistency. Easily spread on skin without leaving tacky feel. It absorbed quickly and right after skin feels soft and supple. It wasn’t irritating on my skin after doing the patch test. I always advice to do a patch test before you introduce any new skin care or ingredients to your skin. A great hydrating serum that I’m sure to keep my hydration circle running with regular use.
